Payments

All payments to MuggerMe are made through the secure Paypal service provider. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this service nor do you need to set up an account with them if you do not wish to do so.

Order Processing

All orders are quoted as 3 working days to produce, however this is to cover extremely busy periods and it is generally much faster.

Deliveries

We offer a free 2nd class delivery service with Royal Mail. This service is quoted as 2-3 working days, however it is not a guarantee and so for urgent requirements we would suggest using either 1st class or special delivery options.

International Deliveries

International deliveries are currently not supported. However you can purchase these from our Ebay listings, please contact us for more information.
